How much does a municipal website cost?
It depends on the size of your municipality (population) and on what you want the website to do. The core website starts at $99/mo. Options like online payments, facility booking, licenses and permits, White-Glove Service or .gov email add to that. What do you mean by ethical pricing?
The price in your contract is fixed for the whole term. No annual increase written into the contract, no mid-year changes, no surprise add-ons. Plenty of vendors raise a customer’s price every year because they can. We don’t think that’s a fair way to treat a town. If we want more of your budget, we’ll earn it by building something worth paying for.
How is Town Web different from other companies?
Unlimited support is included: call, email or chat as often as you need, with no per-ticket or hourly billing. If you’d rather not touch the website at all, our White-Glove Service does the updates on your behalf: send us the agenda, the notice or the new page and we post it.
