Processes - Processes refer to the exact course of action that should be used to complete a web task properly.
Process example: Ensuring that the URL, H tags, meta title, and description are all optimized before a page is published on your website.
Do You Need A Website Governance Structure?

Standards
- All images on (insert website name here) must be uploaded in .webp format
- No pages on (insert website name here) should be left unpublished for longer than 30 days
- All pages on (insert website name here) must score higher than 70 on the Google PageSpeed Insights tool
Processes
- Every 6 months all pages on (insert website name here) should be audited using web analytics for traffic (e.g., Google Search Console), any pages receiving less than 10 clicks a month should be either updated or removed and redirected to a relevant page that receives traffic.
- Every page on (insert website name here) should complete the publishing checklist which includes optimizing URL, H1, meta title, and description
