We designed it to solve specific problems, such as posting minutes and agendas, which is different than websites that post blogs or articles.

Our goal is to make your municipal website easy for residents to find agendas, minutes and anything else they need.

NEW: Emergency Alerts

The alert notification feature is super easy to control right from your client dashboard. You can choose to have the alert scroll at the top or bottom of your website, or in a couple other prominent locations. It's even possible to schedule it to post on a certain day and time. And, bonus - you can even choose to have the alert sent to your subscribers!

Facebook Syndication

We have programmed the Communication Platform to connect to your municipal Facebook page, if you have one. When you post to your website – agendas, minutes, public notices or whatever you choose – it can be sent automatically to your Facebook page. You won’t need to get a link and go to Facebook to post it yourself. It will automatically update for you, saving you time in the process.

Branded Emails

When representing your municipality online, every detail counts and each choice affects how people will perceive it. Having a branded email address is a choice that should go without saying if you want your organization to look professional.

Whenever your email address ends with the name of your municipal website domain, that is a branded email address. Here are two examples of branded email addresses for municipalities: clerk@townofboulderjunction.org and llindow@kohlervillage.org. Both of these municipal email addresses say a lot – they feature the name of the town as well as the person or title you are emailing.

Keep in mind that this seemingly small change will influence your municipality’s image and brand in a positive way and maybe solve some issues you never even knew existed.
