Punchlist Questionnaire Introduction Congratulations on having your site staged! Graphics, files and content have been added to your site and it is ready for your viewing before being launched. This questionnaire form is an opportunity for you give us structured feedback regarding the various parts of your site. The feedback we receive from you will give us an action plan of executing your requested edits & changes to the site before officially going live. Please note that the best practice is not to have every single & minor detailed finished before giving your approval to make your new site live. Small textual edits, formatting changes and other similar edits can be performed by our staff shortly after making the site live. In other words, there is no need to delay the launch of your new site because of small tasks that can be done in under five minutes. Your homepage design consist of four main areas: Navigation Menu Hero image & color scheme Notification Area Footer Section Navigational Menu Typically municipal sites have their pages organized in three main sections: Government. This section will have pages for Agendas & Minutes, Public Notices, Ordinances, Resolutions, Election Information Departments. This will have pages for various offices and departmental organizations like the Clerk's Office, Treasurer's Office, Police Department, Fire Department, Public Works, etc. Community. This section often has pages that are most needed by residents such as the Forms & Permits, Calendar of Events, Frequently Asked Questions, and Links to resources relevant to the residents. For example, are there pages that you expect to see as part of the Navigational Menu, which you do not see? Usually there are four Quick Links that show up on the homepage. Do you need anything changed for your Quick Links? This could include the type of quick link used, the name, or the page that it links to. Q4: News & Notices SectionThis is the section where the notices are posted to the homepage. When residents subscribe to the website they can also get text messages and/or email notifications whenever a new Notice is published. A calendar layout showing the current month with each day underlined if there is an event. Next to the month's view of the calendar are the Upcoming Events. Your homepage shows the next three upcoming events.
