After Town Web Design has received a signed contract from you, there will be six forms to fill out:

1st Form: Customer Onboarding (this form)
2nd Form: General Info (emailed to you after this form is filled out)
3rd Form: Design Selection
4th Form: Page Selection
5th Form: Official Contact Info
6th Form: Social Media

  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
    The date you’ve selected is your go live date. In order to ensure we meet your deadline, please be aware that we need your content delivered to us by no more than 2 weeks prior, and your final punch list received by us no later than 1 week before launch date. Do you agree to adhere to these two dates in order for us to launch your site?
